The company's first "horizontal development" concept sharing meeting document


On August 16, 2021, led by the quality assurance Department of the company, the first "horizontal development" concept sharing meeting was held in the training room of the company's office building. All the staff of the company's quality assurance department, manufacturing Department and R & D department participated in the meeting, and the company's general manager Jia Qi and the heads of various departments attended the meeting.

Jia pointed out that for a period of time, the personnel of various departments lack the concept of "level development", and the problems have not been reviewed "level development", which has led to some problems occurring again and again, causing a lot of unnecessary losses to the company.


Mr. Jia stressed that problems should be reviewed in a timely manner, and targeted preventive measures should be developed to prevent similar problems from recurring, which plays a vital role in improving work efficiency, saving operating costs and improving customer satisfaction.

Mr. Lei, deputy general manager of quality Assurance Department, analyzed the recent typical cases of product design, materials, process technology and other aspects through horizontal expansion, and gave a detailed interpretation of the solutions.
