Warranty Policy

The industrial power supply provided by MASp provides the corresponding warranty service, customers can inquire the corresponding warranty period according to the product specification, starting from the factory date. The following is the non-after-sales service guarantee scope:

  • Serious damage due to improper operation, serious damage caused by foreign bodies entering, serious damage caused by water;

  • Anomalies arising after the warranty period has expired;

  • Due to poor storage environment or improper storage of products caused by moisture, rust, poison, deformation, damage, etc.

  • Non-original factory products that have been modified without authorization;

  • Altered or torn product nameplate, no production date of the product is not covered by the warranty.

Customers need after-sales service, please contact the corresponding buyer, if you can not contact us again.

Non-after-sales service within the scope of damage, we reserve the right to repair charges.

  • If the client finds abnormal products at different stages of incoming inspection such as IQC, IPQC and FQC, please contact the original procurement channel as soon as possible.

  • Electronic products can not guarantee zero defects, but our company will continue to improve to zero defects, to ensure that the client received products without quality defects and ensure the reliability of power supply; If rare exceptions require the company to provide services other than repair and replacement or bear derivative liabilities, the price needs to be negotiated separately before the transaction, and we reserve the right to raise the price
